Rosen Method Movement classes are 75 minutes of gentle, inspiring, and invigorating movement for peoples of all genders, ages, and levels of agility, and capability.
Classes are comprised of gentle, playful movements which are geared to lubricate the joints, open the heart, connect to the body, and improve stability and mobility.
Rosen Movement addresses those places in our body that we have forgotten, as well as those parts that hurt, and those parts that carry our joy.

I currently teach a hybrid Rosen Movement class on Wednesdays at 10:30 am EST in-person in Damascus, PA and simultaneously on Zoom. In the summer our class moves outdoors.
